0-Day Exploit For Microsoft PowerPoint

Be on your guard folks. There is a new undocumented vulnerability in Microsoft’s PowerPoint product. There is a 0-Day exploit that has been apparently released by Chinese hackers. The malware in question has been named Trojan.PPDropper.B The malware displays the following title page slide when the infected Powerpoint document is executed:

Trojan.PPDropper.B is a Trojan horse that drops a file on the compromised computer. It spreads by exploiting an undocumented Microsoft Powerpoint Remote Code Execution Vulnerability using a malformed string.
