Mark Klein, the whistle-blower in the NSA/AT&T wiretap case is a witness for the EFF class action lawsuit.
In a public statement Klein issued last month, he described the NSA’s visit to an AT&T office. In an older, less-public statement recently acquired by Wired News, Klein goes into additional details of his discovery of an alleged surveillance operation in an AT&T building in San Francisco.
Klein has provided supporting evidence for his claim as well. The lion share of which remains under court seal for the time being. The Wired statement is not subject to that seal. This statement is being hosted by Liquidmatrix as well just in case the Wired link goes dark.
