Yet another data breach. Now it is just a grim statement on the economy when you consider that even job seekers are having their identities stolen. Wish I could throw stones but, these types of breaches seem to be happening everywhere these days. Time for something better than anti-virus. AV just doesn’t seem to be worth its weight like it might have been once perceived to be.

Massachusetts is investigating a computer virus that could have collected confidential information including names, Social Security numbers, employer identification numbers, e-mail addresses and residential or business addresses.
Yeah, that’s not a good thing. At least the system in question has been taken offline. Apparently at least 1,500 people may have been affected. Curious to see what the FBI finds now that they’ve been invited to the party.
