There is nothing that I hate more than having to call one of the team on their day off. One of our guys has 2 weeks vacation (for the first time ever in a row) and I had the unsavoury prospect of having to bother him. Mea culpa, I did not spend more time acquainting myself with his projects in order to properly support them. This is a problem that I see in many environments and it begs the question.
