This past Friday I weighed in at 180 lbs. That being said, I decided it’s time to lose some weight. So, I’ve dragged the bike out of the storage and have begun my descent to 160 lbs. Wish me luck. (this is gonna hurt).
UPDATE: Well, I find myself here on July 20th and I have now got myself down to 172 lbs. It’s not going as fast as I would like but, at least it’s progressing. 😀
