Here’s a rant session from Marcus Ranum that irks me somewhat. This editorial was originally published in September 2005 but, I had lost track of it until today. Marcus is a brilliant man to be certain. But, this piece that he wrote is nothing special. Why? Simple explanation. There is nothing constructive here. Nada zip zero zilch. Anyone can find things wrong but, it takes a different kind of person to find items that are good ideas. I was really disappointed with this piece and I still am. Marcus is better than this. Guess he has been distracted with his fetish photog endeavours. 😀
