US man faces 5 years for hacking supervisor’s PC

I know that we have all read about the insider threat from various publications time and again. This argument that is often met with “can’t happen at my office” is fractured to say the very least. Now a man in Virginia is facing five years in prison for hacking his supervisors computer. Not for some evil terrorist group, not for a foreign government, not for cash…but, for something to do. This wise ass, Kenneth Kwak 34, now is facing 5 years in the crowbar motel, grabbing his ankles for little more than a larf.
