This one is off topic. But, as I lay here in bed, I’m comforted in knowing that I don’t have to rely on people like Carly Fiorina for support.
Wow.
Oh, and I should be back in fine posting form tomorrow. I hope.
[UPDATE]: Carly is getting the boot.
We need to get this election over so we can stop blogging on politics but it is hard to resist! 😉

@Matt
I swear, the only thing missing is the numbered jerseys and helmets. It’s a sport for me. The best part is that as a Canadian I can only watch with amazement as the events unfold.
Then, if you have trouble sleeping, there is always the Canadian election.
🙂
Of note: HP was an 80 billion dollar company. The current US Federal budget (Bush’s) is on the order of 6 trillion dollars.
Also, Carly Fiorina is right. These people are politicians running for public office. If you argue that the President and VP are the CEOs of the Government, I think you misunderstand their roles. That said, they are leaders like CEOs are. The stakes are just higher, and there are those other bothersome branches of Government that get in the way (Judicial and Legislative.) Whereas, A CEO usually only has to worry about the BOD, and shareholders.
