Your January 11th Morning Coffee Transfusion

A couple weeks ago I signed up for a gym. I used to go regularly to one in Toronto until 2 years ago. Then, for whatever reason I stopped. Well, lets just say that caught up with me and I realized that if I want to live to a ripe old age I had better get back at it. And (go figure) I feel a lot better for it. 🙂
