Put this database to good use by checking the networks that you use,
administer, or own. In the box below, enter an IP address (for example,
192.168.2.14, 10.4.9.0, or 199.199.114.255) and press "Check."
The script checks the number of times that x.y.z.0 and x.y.z.255 reply
to a single ping packet. If either number is greater than 1, the
network is misconfigured and its administrator should be notified.
Networks responding more than 10 times per ping are likely broadcast amplifiers.
